Thanks for the comments people! When I look at that shot again now, I see that the whole thing is out of focus. I have no idea why I didn't notice it properly before I submitted.
Oh well, I guess thats what happens when you are emotionally attached to a photo and the story behind when it was taken. :-)

She has lovely eyes, but your processing has maybe removed too much detail from her face :) |

Don't understand why you wouldn't take the time to 'set up' such beautiful blue eyes 'in' an image that really showcases them, but your call. Very difficult when one is emotionally attached to an image and just viewing it 'as an image'. |

Very important that the eyes are in focus in a portrait. The whole shot here is too blurry. |
