Fallen leaf with water droplets on it (they were already there, not that it really matters). I used a close-up adapter. Hey, at least it's not a bug ;-).

Convert from raw with ACR. Bumped saturation and shadows.
In Elements:
Shadow and Highlights
Adjustment Layer: Levels
Adjustment Layer: Hue/Sat - slight red
Select droplets into new layer.
Copy levels layer onto droplet layer.
Adjustment Layer: Hue/Sat on droplets - more blue
Flatten
Resize
Contrast
Duplicate layer
USM on new layer
Erase droplets from new layer to let the softer ones show from the background.
Border
Save for web.

Statistics

A good scene, but it appears grainy and indistinct, either from severe cropping or high ISO.
