Fantastic photo. I always like very light BW photos for some reason. Can never seem to produce them myself. The angle is amazing, as well as the sky. You captured the impressiveness of the capitol building very well. |

That's amazing that you can't get in after 2:00pm on a Saturday! But I think most likely the outside is the most impressive, photogenic part of the building anyway, don't you -- with the exception of the rotunda. Those are always nice. And this way, you have a rare chance to get a photo of the Capitol with no people in it. That looks pretty amazing in itself.
This beautiful old building looks so beautiful in black and white. It enhances the old, historic look to i.
