Really wish this would've been an Advanced editing challenge.

This took some doing, getting the feathers glued onto the pencil. It's an oversized "kids" version on a standard 2B. Lost the stem down the sink while I was cleaning the apple, and there were no 24hr grocery stores open... so I had to improvise. The stem is from a leaf in our front yard.

This is funny. I like everything abou thtis photo, except for your light. I think a different light angle would ahev made this much stronger of an image.

Great choice of subject matter. Love the colors and the clarity. The title works well also.

different background (like black, it's too green on green right now)and more focused lighting would have created more contrast.. and thus more impact... great idea..

I think a solid black background would have made the color pop even more

Lol. For me, your title adds to the photo. The lighting is a little bit harsh on the top of the apple and the background seems a bit...flat, but overall I like it.

Great idea and well done. Would have loved to see a little more "punch" in the picture. Maybe the a slight change of the angle of the light would have done it?
