This is Sundew flowers growing in a mossy patch. Sundews are actually carnivorous plants so are real Triffids, but can only eat little insects. The point of view makes the moss look like a hill, and the Triffids (Well Sundews...) look a lot more menacing than the tiny flowers they actually are.

There is a cleaner crop of this picture, but it did not look like a group of Trifids, just an interesting macro image.

Nice, bright, saturated colours and you just about get away with the daring DoF you've opted for. Rather pretty.
