This shot was fun to do, even though it was difficult to avoid "hot spots" from the bright light under the table. I liked the way the texture in the box lid showed up the best. Thanks to all for your votes and the many positive comments.

I don't know a lot about photography, but I am guessing that it is very hard to capture texture with glass objects. I think you did a nice job here.

If I am correct the challenge is texture not light. If it was light you have a first place photo here. But for this challenge, I don't feel it.

Good on the luminous quality, and the clarity of the glass, but little sense of feel from this. Whilst presumably following the rule of thirds, moving it out of frame like that seems arbitrary - and the rules don't necessarily pertain to a square aspec ratio. Good detail though.

Interesting design and fits the challenge. Maybe a bit 'hot' from the underlighting, but a pretty image.

Ah the Tiffany crystal box! Interesting lighting effect. I'd like to be closer to sense the texture I know is within the frosted/clear glass.

Very much like the golden tones to this shot. Nice texture on both the material and the glass.
