| Really not indicative of texture. Although everything we can photograph has a texture, it does not follow that all photographs primary focal point is texture. This just does not seem to fit the category. |

| seems too harsh. not much detail in the dark areas and too bright for detail in the highlighted areas. |

| I don't see it. Only one smal corner seems to give the impression of smooth... It doesn't carry over across the image. Overall too dark and the lighted screen draws my attention ans the main focal point. |

| I think you needed a bit more fill-light to bring out the texture of the thing against the brightness of its own lights - that balance seems skewed in favour of the screen and buttons. It might just be a processing thing, but I have to really brighten my screen to see other than just one edge - and yes, my machine is calibrated. |

| You could've shown the smooth texture better. Having brighter lighting, and more reflections of of the surface would have helped. I also think that the bright screen is a little distracting. |

| An interesting concept and approach. However, the "monitor" is a bit blown out, while the rest of it is way too dark; barely any texture or anything visible. |

Is someone in love with their iPod??
I think a bit more of the iPod being visible would improve the image. |

| I don't feel it. IMHO the pictures in this challenge are supposed to make the viewer "feel" the texture, and I don't feel it. Don't get me wrong I like the picture but it doesn't fit the challenge. |
