 I was not ever expecting to find a truck in the woods so it was a pretty cool find so I took lots of shots and will most likely go back and get more.

That is one blue truck. I like the rays of light falling across the leaves in the foreground and on the truck.

The colors here are very nice! The blue of the truck adds a nice contrast to the natural colors.

The title is interesting..... American artist Grant Wood came to mind, but I see this has no intentional relationship.

What a great find on your walkabout. Love the contrasting colors, as well as the rust that matches the leaves. This would be a great place to go back to for something old this week.

The old truck is looking a bit rough around the edges. Looking at the lines on the bed, I would say that this is a Studebaker, about 1962 or so. It's great that you found it at a time that all the dead leaves are around it to give a nice contrast to the blue.

What a find. Love the blue color. Great capture. I just love old trucks myself. The one I took I blew up to 16 x 20 and had it framed for my Dad for his birthday. The photo now hangs proudly in his office.
