 Too many trees.
Post: thanks for kind comments and criticisms. Was in a rush to get this, and then in another to upload and used the inferior downsizing by mistake, hence (some of) the noise. (20 years ago there were no trees).

It is really amazing colors! I read once that Ansel Adams broke the twig on some tree that was in his way to get the shot ... would've helped a lot if you could've done similarly with that middle tree :-) I love the perfect position and strength of that rainbow. What a lucky day to find that!

The subtlety against the color of the leaves is nice. Perhaps less at the bottom might have enhanced this element of the image.

You have caught some gorgeous light on the headland that we get a glimpse of through the trees - I wish we could see a little more of it!

Nice find... adds a level of interest to see the rainbow seen through the trees that echo the colors as well
