It almost looks like a shot taken from 35,000 feet. Interesting effect and good 'Texture'.

Like the steely grey tones, and that patch of blue; like the compositional shaping of this too. There's a solidly triangular construction through the frame, and that always makes for a satisfying process for the eye. Good sense of texture throughout too. Not quite making it to the top if the list for me, I suspect, but very close
