That's head coach Chuck Priore in the bg crouching behind the runner, WR Dwayne Eley (#7). Also notable in the bg is starting QB Josh Dudash (#11) and OL Steve Council (#65).

PP: resize and basic sharpen command in PS

If I had my way with this photograph I would have boosted whites for the active players and would have decreased saturation slightly and applied a greater blur for the background in order to create more of a separation between fg/bg. I like the composition a lot but think it's too busy.

A nice action shot. I like the sharpness of the three players in the foreground. It makes them stand out. Nice composition.
