A great shot, but I don't think the title is necessary. It's quite clear what stage of pregnancy this woman is in. I do like the image.

Excellent maternity shot! As a personal side-note, she looks fantastic for being almost at the end of her pregnancy (and her belly-button isn't popped). :)
