This is a very intresting shot, perhaps more a travel mag than anything else, but still fits the challenge. I would have preferred a lower perspective.

Oh WOW - I love these slice of life imaages. The browns are just awesome and the shadows through the matting on the walls are lovely.

You have captured the detail in the work shop, but the carpenter is a little in the dark. But, nice image!

Carpentry or Carving? Nice shot but I'm not sure how newsworthy it would be. Maybe in the travel area or as you have pointed out a Carpentry magazine. Good Luck.

excellent shot. not necessarily what i'd consider a front-pager on the A section, but could easily see this as a front-page shot on an inside section.
