Not very sharp - too soft. Flash is overpowering the shot... |

There are many light here. Your light setup don´t help you to reveal the textures of the subject. To reveal textures the light must be in a hard angle setuped to do it. A common setup is a lateral 45 or 90 degrees. But top or down light works well too.

Sexy... but possibly over-sharpened. Good attempt! |

This looks slightly overexposed (zipper and sweater), and the lace looks a bit out of focus. The idea is great. |

This seems overexposed to me (no pun intended). |

I think more contrast and better focus would help. It kinda looks like it has been brightened or whatnot in post processing, and that has caused some grain to be introduced. |

That is an interesting and provocative approach to this challenge. Kudos for originality. |

interesting texture might have been better if the overexposed top portion was cropped off |

Looks to have been taken with on-board flash, which is absolutely a recipe for wiping out the texture here. All we see is patterns, no sense of the feel of the materials. Looks absolutely flat, so sense of a third (depth) dimension. |

nice composition. the exposure could be improved. or possibly the lighting was a little flat, resulting in the blue jeans looking a little washed out instead of a nice rich blue. you've got a nice eye for composition which is harder to get right than the technical stuff. |

This reminded me of an old Rolling Stones albulm cover. Like the femininity in the photo. |

I like the addition of the lace and the ribbed shirt to the denim. |

I like the idea here, and the composition is good. But for me it's a little too bright and not focused sharply enough to really stand out. |

Very clever idea. Just a bit over expsoed for my tase. I would have liked richer contrast between the lace and Levi. BOL |

I think your idea is excellent and the composition is also good.
I don't see focus on any area of your shot. The light is way too harsh causes the colors to wash out. Try to diffuse your light a bit or add some saturation/contrast. Good luck in the challenge. |

I guess you did use flash here, I would try some different lightening to give the picture more depth, good luck |

Tsk! Tsk! Nice texture capture in the 3 fabrics, but the lighting is perhaps a little too bright. |
