Lovely shot - well placed considering the competition and deservedly so. A slightly longer DOF would have enabled clarity of the foremost rocks too. |

Wow - I really "feel" the wetness and the smoothness of those pebbles. |

It's a beautiful photograph.. I would like to learn how you post-processed this one. The polished rocks are sharp until I look closely at them... This photograph very much resembles the qualities of a painting to me. Excellently done. 9 |

oh how superb! Always like the running water shots - but this is one of the best. Like the cold blue cast oever everything - my first 10!

Intresting shot...like the smooth looking texture given off by the rock and water. |

This lovely scene of well worn rocks (with their own waary texture) and the nice soft water make for a muted but pleasant composition. Nicely done. |

If the brown stone wasn't there I'd like this picture, I'm glad it is as it really adds to the scene, lovely shot. Not exactly a technical comment but this picture sends my mind driffting, rather than see the textures I can feel them. |

Pretty, maybe a little more water and a little less rocks on the bottom. Hope you do well in the challenge. |

I just love the smoothness, tones and composition of this piece. This is more of photography as an art and is my favorite so far. |

Like the idea, as suggested by your title, of a created texture - the look of that blurred water, as opposed to the reality of it. Combines well with the hard stoniness you've captured in the stones. Has a magic, fantasy landscape feel. Would like a touch more depth to it, maybe - something to hold the eye, which is lacking here - you let the gaze wander out of frame too easily with this. |

Wow - definitely a difficult shot to pull off - I would have like to have seen the rocks of the foreground to be more in focus and the colors of the rocks to be more vivid.....7 |

That is gorgeous. I like the contrast between the smoothness of the water, and the "bumpiness" of the rocks. |
