 My wife had the green bean planted for 5 days. Two were selected among the rest and relocated into a jar cover before the shot.

Single light source from the top. The back ground is a black paper available in stationary shop.

A little curve to darken the black paper, resize, and sharpen.

I'm so happy with my first ribbon. I was expecting a Top 10 base on the score I checked daily, but never expected a ribbon.

Nice choice for the challenge. Lighting is nice where the newly opening leaf is highlighted; think I'd like a teensy bit of fill lighting to remove the shadows of the sprouts from the dish, or move the light that's above to achieve that. Not entirely certain about the crop (it sort of feels like the sprouts will hit the top of the frame soon while there is more room to the left and right than they need). Overall very nice job.
