Very nice concept from the bumble bee's perspective. I feel like the image will have more impact if it's in color. I also don't see enough details on the petals and there are some noise in the background. A little improvement by using noise reduction software, getting closer to the subject to avoid massive crop, or keeping low ISO will help ^.~

Nice macro shot here, I'm not entirely convinced this is better in b&w, but I would have to see the color version to know for sure.

Nice use of black and white. It almost looks like the flower is a hand. And the wings are strikingly detailed. Good catch.
