 From same shoot as my "From the ground up" entry. The model is Kate Chase (OMP#337151), who is fabulous to work with (for those of you in the Boston area).

This was shot with just minutes left of daylight, made possible by this great little 35mm/f2 lens (which acts like a "normal" lens with the 1.6 crop of my 30D). This is actually a tight crop, since my original idea was to include the multi-colored leaves on the ground all around her. But this crop (which is also rotated a bit) just worked better and the original had the sharpness to support it.

7 - Nice angle and pose. The soft areas are nice, but wish the eyes were as sharp as the hair appears to be.
