Love the colors reflected from the trees. Beautiful contrast with the blue.

There's not much more for me to add as comment. It's a very nice photo, but it just looks if you couldn't make a choice between the colors or the water. (But keep making this kind of photos!)

Interesting, we all want to crop your very nice picture. (My version would be close to a panoramic) but you know, this image tells a beautiful story just the way it is. Crisp, clear, serene, yet very obviously an autumn image with the foretaste of winter on the way. The Canada geese look good from that angle and the gentle wakes they left are perfect for the composition.

Love the light. Simple two elements of geese and reflections versus third element (sic) of water give the serenity and balance I like in this kind of picture. But I think, contra Erik, that if you cropped just a little off the top we'd get a greater sense of the geese going off into the distance. As well, there is a set of concentric ripples radiating from the bottom right, though they don't continue beyond the lead goose/gander, which would be given greater play and tighten up the composition.

Nice reflections of the colorful trees. Wonder if cropping both right and bottom a bit will emphasize them better. Inclusion of the geese adds interest.

Good timing for this capture, and you struck a good compromise with framing the ducks without getting too much distraction around the edges. The color reflecting at the top is just enough to show what time of year it is and add a little interest without overwhelming the subject.

I like bright and saturated colors, not enough ones taste. :-)
I did rush through this one tho, had things to do today.

Getting good shots of birds with white feathers is always a challenge. In this photo the whites in the birds are blown out. For bird shots I usually shoot at -1/3 ev to make sure that I blow out the whites. If the bird is close enough I will use a "fill flash" to open up shadows.

Oh, wow, spurs, great colors! Really like your composition. Too bad the front goose isn't lit like the rest. Excellent work.

What a beautiful clear photo. Love the fall colours reflecting in the water and I like that the ducks are swimming into the frame, lots of room, not crowded up. This would look good with a bit cropped off the bottom but it's nice the way it is too.
