 this morning a dragonfly kindly stopped long enough for me to take 6 photographs of him before katee scared him off ..
the workflow image has been slightly changed because i unwarped the last action ..
this is the original photograph ..

i brought in a texture, which i made from the some flowers i photographed ..

i used this photograph of branches which i would'v deleted but have now put in my textures folder coz this side challenge has opened my eyes to the possibilities ..

So much going on here, and yet the dragonfly stands out brilliantly. Love the metallic tones!

I can "just" look at this one... thanks for the spider warning on your other photo. :o)

LOVE these overlays and the effect you've created. It's very graphic and beautiful colors. Incredible depth - I'm sure it's from the twig overlay.
