I like the colors and the perspective you have used here. |

nice range of natural colors and a good blue sky. Think it's quite plain as it is though on it's own. 6 |

Nice color. I might've cropped it to exclude the out-of-focus areas. |

You know it is lichen and I know it's lichen, but it might be tough for someone to tell that without a rock or whatever formation this is growing on for comparison, so perhaps a Rock substitution for the blue sky would be more exciting. Maybe a little more depth of field would help. Nevertheless, you have an interesting subject and I like it overall. |

I think this could be improved with more depth of field so that the back left and right edges are sharp. Nicely defined texture. |

I see the texture, but the subject and composition just don't hold my interest. I do like the colors alot. |

It is lichen. :) Along with some moss. Great colors. |

Lighting seems a bit flat to me. Also too much sky. |

Good textures, almost a landscape feel. Perhaps more about the colour than the texture, though. I find the composition a bit bothersome: there isn't a real subject here - the eye just wanders, but the inclusion of the sky makes it more than a rhythmically composed shot, drawing the eye toward the 'horizon' all the time. |

should have croppedout the left lower corner - also, lichen near sky are not in focus. |
