| If more of this were in focus it would make a big improvement. Use a smaller aperture and a slow speed on a tripod. |

| I like to see rust with a dark BG, white is so clean where as rust is dirty and dark. Nice details and color though. |

| Very nice picture, are you getting much comments about focus? I thinks it's good but my picture has a similar focus and it's getting beaten up. |

| Oh, these rust pictures are all so interesting and a great take on the Challenge. I expect you were trying for a really narrow depth of field shot, and if so you succeeded. But for me, it would have been fun to see more definition on those rust patterns. It's a good composition. |

| Thought I'd already commented on this. Has some good quality of texture, but no great harmony of composition. Main focus of interest too centred in anotherwise bland frame to hold the eye long. |

| You had choosed a good subject, but you need to increase DOF to allow all subject in focus. |
