| had preferred if the focus was on the edge of the cup. nice DOF, though. good color. crop is a bit tight |

| The bowl of popcorn being out of focus could be effective. However, the popcorn in front doesn't appear to be sharply focused, either, and that isn't really effective. |

| For me choosing to focus on the first two corn pops there means the entire rest of the shot is OOF. An interesting choice. It doesn't work for me because the vast entirety of the shot is OOF, but I like the bold choice to go that way. |

| Would've preferred a little more DOF here, and a little different foreground composition, to better lead my eye into the photo. Is that a pillow in the b/g that matches the bowl? |

| Focus is too soft in my opinion. The front kernals on the table is the only thing in focus and it just kind of hurt my eyes to look at the image. |

| Good use of DOF here. You probably would have been better off cropping the top off. Blown out backgrounds can work but here it created some odd artifacts, which detract from the shot, IMO. |

| Photo could be a bit sharper since the intent is to include the bowl of popcorn as well. Blurring the remainder is great. |

| The popcorn in front of the bowl is artfully arranged and I like the piece hanging off the bowl. DOF works but I would crop much tighter on top to keep just the bowl and popcorn in the shot. |

| DOF too shallow, at least for my tastes. This would work better if all the popcorn was focused and just the background blurred. |

| This looks like it belongs in a magazine ad!! It's simple, yet so elegant. The colors are bright and cheery, the DOF and composition are perfect. A winner in my book....now, I CRAVE popcorn!! |

| i would have focused on the bowl because it seems like theres too much of the picture thats out of focus |
