I gain no feel from the movie Psycho and your image. I can not tell she is in the shower, and I can not see why she would be screaming. With her eyes mostly closed it also creates an odd feeling, like maybe just opening her mouth without really screaming just a pose. I enjoy the b/w and bit of texture and feel that works just not everything as a whole.

She doesn't really look like she is screaming.. more like a sneeze. I think more elements could have been added to make this a better image, props, better facial expression, etc.. The editing is great, it has that psycho vibe, but not quite there... :)
