I like this contrast of BW, and its original. if only center kernel could be sharp and others, motion blurred. i know that would be near impossible though. |

I like the thought for this one. The additional moving matter (I assume it is oil or popcorn fragments) that is flying over the piece to left is pretty distracting to me personally. The framing is very good. Just right on the left to right and the up and down for me. |

Simple yet interesting. For some reason the smudges and dust specks make the shot for me. |

Seems to be too blurry...perhaps with more kernels some could be stopped & in focus; hard to see that these are popcorn kernels. |

Wonder how you timed the shot?
Be sure to check your lens for oil. Very hard to clean. |

Maybe a different view would have helped. Good try at catching these things in action, though. They move quickly. |

too much negative space, if there was more than one or two popping it would of had a better effect for me |
