 This is my favorite historic 7-arch bridge.

Crop/save, spot touch-ups, sharpen, levels, hue/sat adjustments for duotone effect, spot sharpen detail.

Neat idea, but the levels are too high. It isn't high key and there are many areas that could be of more intererest if there was more dynamic range. More of the great texture could have also been drawn out with a levels adjustment.

I like the fish-eye, but I might have tried to work the contrasts a bit, since you had to overexpose to capture detail.
