 Last minute submition. I haven't been inspired until last moment. I saw this leaf and said what the hell, I'm gonna try to send this. It's better then nothing.

Almost ... the light is perhaps a shade or two too general to really communicate the feel here - I don;t think you've made quite enough of the variations in the surface - perhaps a lower angle still to the surface of the leaf would bring out the feel more. Good detailing though.

Part of the leaf are outside your depth of field. Particularly the top left part of it. I would prefer the while leaf in focus. Good luck.

Would have preferred this without the water. Don't care for the composition against the bright background.

This is nice, could have done with being sharper though. I've done it in PS and it make the cream colour of the veins come out even more... Also, a larger F Stop would have made the whole leave look in focus, it's out of focus on the left.

slight cliche, but I always like them. Perhaps filling the frame would be more effective.
