What makes this work for me is the warmth in his eyes. At 1/30th of a second, it's hard to get a sharp image, even with a tripod when you're shooting people - the darn things breathe and move and stuff. That said, I think you did a great job with this in post to get a very nice portrait! |

The forehead and noselooks to have some blownout highlights and the picture seems to be a biy oof. |
