Thanks for the comments. There was a tornado in the area last summer, not sure but probably a victim of the big wind. |

I like the composition, colour contrast and the long DoF, but there seems to be some out-of-camera softness. A pass through Unsharp Mask will fix you right up. |

Fun image, I would have liked the tower a bit more to the left, more 1/3 of the image. it is an enjoyable image. But looks more burnt then windblown. |

Photo is ok, but seems a little out of focus? Longer DOF would have worked for me here too. |

Nice placement and colors but he contrast seemed a bit much. |

I like it. Nice contrast between the golden field and the blue sky. A bit of artifacting is visible in the sky on the left, just above the tree. |

Nice tones and texture! I've never seen a windmill's top blown off before, lol. |

I wonder if you haven't allowed slightly too much space around your subject, and perhaps too little detail in the fallen object. I quite like the sense of composition, the way it makes the little windmill almost not the point. |

Nice subject matching to the contest. Composition can be better by placing the subject in rule of third in landscape or taking the portrait image of the subject. |

A good take on this challenge. Focus seems a bit soft on my computer. Maybe would have framed it without the bush to the left as it draws the eye a bit, probably would have gone from the thing (?) on the ground as this would have put the windmill on the first third line which would improve the composition. Well done. |

Too much emphasise on grammar can lead to much irritation. |

Great picture. Love the colours, and the depth created by the faintness of the mountains. Details like the tree on the left are nice as well, glad you did not crop it out. (8) |
