The soft focus makes it difficult to find the textures in this very nice composition. Patterns of the carnations are nice and the vase shadow is good, depth of field could be a bit stronger on the vase.

Nice contrast of shadings, everything from bright highlights to dark shadows make this photo work well. Vase seems to be leaning/angled slightly to the right which is a bit distracting. Otherwise nice shot.

Background is a little noisy and there is one spot on the flower that is over lit.

Neat, serne, beautiful light and shade, great detail on the 'flowers', and excellent composition. Fantastic.

I like this composition. However, some spots on the flowers are a bit too hot (bright) - 6

I like this in the black and white. Not a really stong element of texture, but it is there. Lighting is pretty good, but I think the crop is a little too tight at the top and left of the shot.
