 Not much editing here. Added a contrast and sharpness and made it black and white.

Focus is too soft to look sharp, but not soft enough to be a soft focused picture. With the strong graphic on the head piece and scarf, i think a sharply focused picture would be more effective.

Beautiful woman, but this is not the most flattering image of her I suspect. It would be good if you focused on her eyes and got them tack sharp, even if the rest of her face/shoulders is out of focus.

I'm really not sure what to say. It looks like you edited out the BG, which would constitute a breach of the ruleset. Otherwise, it looks out of focus. Although she has a nice head-tilt, she looks disinterested. :-(

not really appealing to the eye
noise, tones are deep and lack detail
overall its just a boring image

tips- maybe next time try not tilting your head back to far, more light to the face
i mean, we can see the eys, and that is the main focus of the image.
light lightest part is the background of the image, and it constantly pulls your eyes away
