The water is quite lovely with the gray glassy look and the gentle reflection of the clouds. Beautiful! |

I was looking back thru the posts made while I was in Mexico, and found this one. I like the processing. I always shoot color, and change it to B&W later, as it allows me more control over the resulting image by being able to use the primary color controls to get more of what I want in the end.
I see that this is the same location as the image in day 30 of the water side challenge. |

another thought. This scene would really have benefitted from use of a graduated neutral density filter to open up the shadows in the foreground. |

Lovely scene, beautifully composed. I think if I were doing advanced editing, I might try to open up the shadows on the log. |
