Nice intimate setting. The details are all very small in the image. A closer crop might help. |

for me, the subject and the shot are just too dark to appreciate the foreground bokeh effect |

Reminds me of a view from a hidden camera in a potted plant ;-) But the leaves fill in otherwise empty space in the composition and frame the subjects pretty nicely; I rather like the effect. |

This is too dark to see the foreground bokey. Also, the entire table seems in focus, which extends to the front of the frame, leaving very little room for foreground bokeh... |
