Lighting on her face is a little flat. But a nice composition.

The bokeh here certainly compliments, and even adds drama to the main subject. Neither element would be complete without the presence of the other which, to me was what this challenge was about. i would like to see a little more post-processing work done on the portrait section, just to finish it off - but good work.

great setup, but hampered by the lackluster/flat light on the woman. good use of foreground bokeh it enhances the picture 7

Well, I don't know, the foreground looks like it doesn't have a purpose other than to give you tiny circles of light.

Good use of fore bokeh (difficult challenge). I think if the model's face and clothing were softer may have made this a stronger image.
