 This is my 3 year old niece Olivia, a girl who ran away with my heart the day she was born. She was premature and weighed in at 3 pounds and 9 ounces, she literally fit in the palm of my hand. She was later diagnosed with PKU, a metabolic disease, and recently diagnosed with autism.

thank you so much for your kind comment on my photo! I can understand that this girl here is special and that she's stolen your heart. They are amazing in their own way :)

I think you did great in this photo of her. It shows the special band you two have, I can see that in the way she looks in the camera.
