Honestly I should know better by now, but I had to try something so this is it. I lined a bowl with Red, Green and Blue tissue paper and set it in the kitchen sink. The faucet has a steady drip when set properly so I did not have to set anything by hand drop wise. I used my Nikon SB-600 speed light and light from the overhead in the kitchen. I know nothing about this flash yet and have been meaning to learn but have not had the time. I soon will though. Anyway this one turn out sort of OK and I really like it as abstract. Will not do well but I enjoyed shooting something different and may experiment some more.

Post:Conver from raw in PSElements 3.0 with a +0.67 exposure compensation. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. Crop. Cloned dust and some hot catch lights from the flash. Sharpen. Curves. Close in PSE3.0 and open in PSP9 and used clarify twice. Closed and reopened in PSE3.0. NeatImage. USM. Layer of hue/saturation. Resize. USM.

The RGB base in this shot detracts from and hides the water spout. Nice capture on the spout and good focus.

Nice drop, I like the red that was picked up almost at its pinnacle

Of curse, the water drop shot :) The green part hides the water too much though.

I don't think I ever want to vote on another drop shot again - far to many of those around. Sorry...

I like this idea, but it's difficult to find the stopped motion on this drop. The colorful background and the bubble in front take it away...

for a waterdrop photo, i figure it would be better for it to be more uniform but a good shot nonetheless
