Very sharp shot. Awesome focus. Great color scheme. Love the shot itself. One thing that ruins it for this viewer though. Your border isn't even and I see this before I see the shot itself because of it's presentation value. Still a great shot.

This is very striking - I can look at it with different scales - a hairbrush - a toaster size mystery machine, a strange piece of modern architecture... most cool. I think I'd convert to black and white to lose that purple tinge on the base but you may have wanted that edge of colour.

would have took me a whie to figure this one out. Defineately improved the interest of this mundane item. To make this a bit better: suggest a smaller width border (seems to draw my eye away vs. create a boundary) overall well done

This is very cool. Originally I thought it was some slots and then I saw the hairbrush comment. Great trick to the eye - a great entry for this challenge.
