 I purposely took this picture with a cheap mirror F/8 500mm to enhance the softness and "glow" I was after. I used unsharp mask to slightly sharpen the image. I adjusted curves and color levels a little to enhance. Other than that it is pretty close to the way it came from the camera.

The lighting set up is good and the colors are pretty. It looks like soft focus, but even with that technique, there should be something in focus. It looks like everything is oof, even the hair(?) on the side which should have been cloned out,imo. It's an interesting picture that could use a little more work to make it perfect.

this might be more appealing flipped 180. the Up dark and Down light does not work for me and the glow looks better at the bottom as it is and I would rather see that at the top.

Interresting. I like the glow concept. just perhaps off center it a bit. It needs something....a egg beater to go with it...
