great texture in the rust. the green background seems a bit to "created" to me. (like it was a piece of green paper held behind)

I wonder if a blue background who have been better. Orange and Blue are complementary colors. Great shot though...nice details.

i love the colors in this one. maybe stop down the aperture to bring more into focus if possible, or get in even tighter on the barbs.

dof is nice, but the backround color is not the best choice in my opinion. it is very didstracting to me.

if the background had been neutral, you had had a nice complimentary contrast of orange and blue. good detail.

There's one color that doesn't belong. I'm not sure if you were seeing the rust as a red or an orange but either the blue or the green has to go... Great shot though... very focused and clear.

nice, clear macro, but the color of the rust, to me, is orange, which needs a blue background.
