 OK not too sure how this shot is going to fare. This is a (unposed) shot of my bud Ev in a shop off covent garden that sells books maps and globes (no prizes for guessing which section he was in when I took the picture)

Strangely I had gone with Ev to the shop intending to shoot for another challenge and then when I saw him standing there I just figured it would do for the drewmedia one.

I kinda wish I had had more time to get a posed shot but the security guard in the place did not seem too happy with me whipping out my camera and shooting so I thought it best not to risk enflaming his ire further

You may think me weird, but this shot makes me wonder just how often one must update one's globe, and how does one go about it? After all, the continents are pretty stable (relatively speaking) but the country borders and names not as much so. I like how a couple of them appear to be illuminated, too.

I love the leading lines of the shelves and the motion blur of the globe. Tell Ev way to go for keeping his back to the camera ;)

I like how you captured the glowing globes. I find it interesting that in these hi-tech days that there are still places that sell so many globes! You guys should have tossed a couple of globes just to really piss off the security guard lol.
