 Wish I was frozen, but the sb-600 alone can only do so much. I should have used rear curtain sync.
This is what I wear snowboarding. I hope you like the tight pants. :P
Found my oldest skateboard I have.
Many strange looks from neighbors.
I am a huge poser, I was jumping off a table onto the grass.
Even my sunglasses are busted, LOL.

I shot with a kevin white balance of around 3000 and put a 3/4 CTO filter on the flash head(its basically orange, if you get a Rosco sample pack, they are labled). I lost my full CTO one or the sky would have been more blue. It changes the light from daylight to tungsten which is close to 3000 K. It works much better if it is cloudy. Editing was simple, shadows/highlights, a little replace color for my face and a selective color layer to darken blue skies. Resize, crop and ran some USM.

This is a fantastic shot. The composition is very good. Who snapped the shot? Neighbors look at me funny too, especially when I set my timer and pose myself! Great finish for this.

Very striking orange and blue combination. The pose and action is super cool. It looks a bit like a cut and paste job, but I applaud the effort.

Great colour balance, too many pictures I have seen while voting so far have had a dull and bright colour where as here, the blue and orange seem matched. Not sure I like the motion blur on the foot but the face is in focus which is the main thing and the background is uncomplicated
