a good idea, but I think the light is a little bit harsh, with all the flash hot spots, it distracts me a little

The Skittle doesn't really stand out enough IMHO, but I like the idea.

Nice, bright colors. One of the best of the M&M/Skittles shots.

it took me a second to find the skittle. i think this is genius.

light is too harsh for me...

Nice! It would have looked cool if you had circled the skittle with rings of m&m's of the same color--an orange ring, then a blue ring, then red etc. Regardless, its a good idea and is well executed.

need to work on that DOF
a larger lightsource would reduce the spots as well
the S is not 'different' enough nor very prominent

All the other colors appear somewhat distracting – so the green one doesn’t immediately stand out as I would prefer it to.

better than other mnm shot but i would have like more density

The idea's not bad, but the lighting is a bit harsh which leads to dark shadows under the sweets.
It might also have been nice to buy some more so that you could only see sweets and not look through a thin layer onto the background below.

light is too harsh, concept not unique. different pov and composition would generate more interest.

Nice color. I'd have preferred a wider DOF.

Great colours. I would love to have seen this with more depth of field, so everything was in focus. One skittle with the rest m & m's? How did you get the S on the smarty? I also think that maybe a black table/paper to sit them on might have made the colour pop out more, as well as hide the shadows below them. 7

Its not as obvious which one stands out (the skittle). Lighting is a bit harsh. Try diffusing the lighting a bit.

shallower depth of field and a sharper focus on the skittle could help draw attention. With all the bright colors around, couldn't help but look all around first before noticing it.

Without the title, I wouldn't have found the difference. Nice focus and colors.

Wow, now I feel like a fool for commenting on the other one, saying it's such an original idea! That would be funny if they both placed.
