what makes this especially good is the seemingly "normal exposure" guy (you?) and the "long exposure" everything else that is shown. nice work!

very intriguing, eerie shot. I love the bottom half of it, but I feel like the top half is lacking, like i wish there were more clouds out there but I suppose there is little you could have done about that unless it was composed differently. Still awesome! 8
