I think I would have like this in color, just because I imagine they all have matching shirts and it would be interesting to see the refraction of light of the globe on the shirt of the girl in the center. the lighting is very nice and works well

You might have thought of this, but i think it would look better if the snow ball was snowing :) Nice idea and use of Selective Desat...
