| I marvel. Stillness, light at perfect angle, and casual leaf. (Not sure about removing stem, maybe just darkening/ subduing it, but it certainly seems to belong in that corner). |

| Impressively still water. The pose of the bird is just right. The leaf is good, but I think that I would scrub most of the stem off. The stem makes a line that leads to the leaf, but the leaf itself adds to the depth of the shot without being overwhelming. The stillness infers silence, and that is very good. |
