 He is a regular on Bourbon st.
The tat on his neck says Murder Man and he has one on his arm that says Hot Boy.
He is actually a sweet young man.

The kids that tap in the French Quarter squash bottle caps to the bottoms of their tennis shoes.

How delightful - both the shot which conveys joy and energy - and the bit about the bottle caps on the shoes. A wonderfully human photograph.
