 This is my personal idea of hell...

I used a standard desk lamp for this, hand held shot, with camera resting upon bed, pulled a cheesy emotive grin and hoped for the best, I was trying to convey the monthly hellish task of checking receipt's to bank statements.

Good message... this does convey some people's aspect of hell. Not quite what I was looking for. A little too commonplace and the colors don't suit the topic. Nice facial expression though.

1 of te best outtakes on the challenge I think, I like the fact our not using fire and warm hot colours on your entry and having used a real life aspect on the challenge

Cool, but I could have done without the "hell" text. I think it would have been more effective to let the observer try to figure out what is bothering the subject and then realize it's bills he's holding.

Lol at the Waitrose receipt... maybe hell would be Aldi or Lidl? ;)

Nice capture though.

Oh, and does that say "Chorley" on it? I come from near Preston!

Hehehehe! I like your concept of hell! Very well handling of light to add some more hell to those bills! The only problem i see is with your left eye, it seems a bit out of focus (at least in this old notebook).

perhaps more direct lighting on the face and a wider DOF? the face catches my eye, but the soft focus distracts me.
