| I think the moon is a little blured and thought the sun was the fire in the sky? I do like the composition of the picture though, gives a good feeling of space. As for fire? not sure it meets the challenge. |

| What good fortune - or perhaps more an example of persistence and patience on your part. A lovely diagonal wave of northern lights hanging over the city - with the moon in a perfect spot. I like the stars peeking through. Would make a lovely poster. Wish there was a bit more contrast between the green and the night sky. 9 |

| Great idea for this challenge. If you select just the sky you could brighten the aurora 20-30% or so and apply some noise reduction to it and you could make a much more dramatic sky without washing out the nice city lights below. |

| You really cannot take the northern lights against so much ground light...need to be away from civilization to do it properly. Just enough of it shows for me to get the idea, but the city lights are so bright they really distract me totally. |

| It may be my monitor, but I didn't notice anything in the sky area besides the moon., and possible a greenish glow toward the right hand side. Was this Northern Lights? |
