| The crack isn't an imperfection, it's a defect. The egg can't do its job with that kind of damage. Had you left it alone and concentrated on those little bumps on the surface, the photo would have fit better with the "wabi-sabi" concept. As for the shot itself, I like it. It seems a bit dull - too much gray and not enough white to balance the black shadow under the spoon. I also like the frame you've made with the border and the DOF of the spoon. |

| Nice to see a take on the ole egg. I had an egg shot in mind to but didn't enter it. Your version fits the challenge better. Nicely done and interesting border. |
