I came across this tree in a park near my house. It has a kind of tragic beauty to it, it's one of the oldest and largest trees in the town, but to stop it from falling over it has slings and straps around it's trunk and branches. Wabi-Sabi; perfect through it's imperfections.

PP: - Brightness/contrast, Curves, Warm filter, resize and unsharp.

I had to look up what a Zimmer frame was. I would call it a "walker" here in the U.S. I wonder what the purpose of this mechanism is? Was the tree split apart at one time?

Looks more like a belt to me, though. I share a lot in common with this tree: A case of Dunlap's disease.

That is one interesting tree...but maybe you needed better light, a wider angle and uncluttered background to make it a special image (maybe not possible for this tree??)
